Another great day for Alexa's musical education. We met a friend of ours from my mom's group and her son, Drew, for the Story Time at the Silver Spring Library. It was packed with kids!
This free story hour is a bit of a misnomer. It's actually an hour or so of singing mixed with dancing, rattles, a random story thrown in for good measure and more singing. The kids who can walk run around. It was quite the sight!
Alexa was asleep at first, but that didn't last long! Soon she was up and enjoying the fun with everyone else! Here are some pictures from the story time. They were taken toward the end, when Alexa was done with the singing and ready to eat, so she's not as animated as she was earlier. But you get the idea!
